Oliver Michel Atalla is a craft mixologist instructor with over 15 years of experience in mixology.  He has been instructing recreational cocktail classes for over 4 years and has worked events for prestigious companies such as: Moët Hennessy USA, Fendi, and Christian Dior. A true professional of his craft, Oliver doesn’t believe in any short cuts when it comes to crafting cocktails and keeping up with mixology trends.  He has consulted on behalf of fine dining establishments creating signature cocktails that have appeared on many of their cocktail menus.  Full of knowledge in the wine & spirits industry; Oliver is also WSET Level 2 Wine & Spirits Certified.
